GRASS SCULPTURES

"These amazing sculptures were exhibited in Brooklyn, New York, at the Invisible Dog Gallery. They are made of soil with wheat seeds applied to the skeletons of recycled metal. Wheat grows over time, constantly changing the way the sculptures look. At the pictures wheat grass is green and short, but we wonder how the sculptures would look when it’ll grow more and eventually become yellow. This creative idea belongs to the mixed media artist Mathilde Roussel-Giraudy and her envelope is that what we eat becomes a part of our being. The food impacts on every part of our body and mind."
    Feliz semana!!
